Butterflies
For children aged 2.5 years - 5 years.
The butterfly room is made up of designated areas to focus on the three prime areas as well as the specific areas of the early years foundation stage (EYFS).
These areas consist of a construction area, writing area, role play area, maths area, book corner and table top activities. We have access to the stage area throughout the day to offer small group activities and focus groups to gain knowledge and skills ready for starting school.
Our resources are accesible by all children to choose toys of thier interests, implementing child-led play. We also focus on curriculum ativities through adult-led activities and most recently implemented In the moment planning into our practice.
